I find that maintenance is not the best or most consistent. There have been many instances of making requests that are not made. This may not be their fault but they do not communicate why these things are not fixed and it is pretty upsetting.

Not as many students as advertised. Maintenance doesn’t really do their job. Neighbors are noisy. The apartment itself is as advertised tho — nicely furnished and livable. Room was clean when I moved in.

Great place, good staff, the pool is awesome, I also love the theater to watch movies with my friends and hangout and most of all my favorite is the gym.

Solid place to stay! The gym here is top-tier and basically my second home. It’s got everything I need. Everything else is good as well, but the gym is the star.

Getting maintenance to come an help was a huge problem. We had roaches for weeks and I had to fix my own toilet and our microwave. Otherwise a good place
