Convenient to MTSU! This house is located on 25 acres in a private rental community, sharing a driveway with 6 small homes built in the early 1980's as an intentional ecofriendly community. It has new paint throughout, lots of light, new carpet in... the living room and wood floors in the bedrooms. One bedroom includes a sleeping or storag3 loft. Utilities, trash collection, and laundry access are included in the rent, with the exception of propane gas, which fuels the kitchen stove and water heater. No pets are permitted. International students, LGBTQ, "minorities" are encouraged to apply. Safe and private, with Management on site. We require an application (no fee), references and $800 security deposit.
